The annual Prairie Dog Blues Festival is getting ready to rock the night away, beginning Friday. The festival is celebrating its 12th year with two nights of amazing music. Organizer Todd Yeomans says, “My favorite part is exciting people enough to travel across the country to Prairie du Chien.”

The “Curious Cup Bookstore and Eatery”, in downtown Prairie du Chien, is first and foremost the revival of the novel soda fountain shop which some of us remember while others have only seen in movies.
