Machine Shed Fire in Clayton Township

Darold Coleman awoke early Saturday morning to see his machine shed engulfed in flames. Coleman lives along County X in Clayton Township in Crawford County.

The 140 foot long shed and it’s contents were owned by Darold and his some Jerry Coleman. The shed and it’s contents were severely damaged because of the fire.

The Crawford County Sheriffs Department were assisted by fire departments from Soldiers Grove, Gays Mills, and Readstown, as well as North Crawford EMS and Digger Don’s Towing.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
