		<description>So, Let&#039;s say that a state trooper has a daily mileage limit of 92 miles. The trooper spots a speeding car, say from Illinois. The trooper has already driven 90 miles for the day. Does that mean that the trooper can only chase the speeder for two miles? Just wondering?</description>
