A Jeep driven by Erica Parker of Prairie du Chien was struck by a loaded semi operated by Raymond Mack of La Crosse Thursday.

Parker was turning from Highway 18 onto Selch Road in Bridgeport Township. She turned in the path of the semi and they collided.

While Parker received several cuts and scrapes, she refused medical treatment.  Her 2001 Jeep sustained heavy damage.

The accident remains under investigation.
