PdC’s Sybol Ray Wins $1000

Sybol Ray of Prairie du Chien has won $1000 in the Wisconsin Lottery’s weekly Super Second Chance drawing.

Each week, the Lottery draws ten $1000 Super Second Chance winners from more than 35,000 mail-in entries.
