The Grant County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a man accused with assaulting a teenage girl in Stitzer.

The suspect is a white man, believed to be in his 30’s or 40’s in age, stands at approximately 5′9″ to 6′1″ tall with short dark hair.  He got away after reportedly assaulting a 14-year old girl on her parent’s property.  The victim was able to escape into her parent’s house. The man was later spotted and chased into the woods where he escaped.
